In the framework of staff development, for the second year in a row, Diaverum Albania hold the interactive training on "Leadership", led by Åsa Jarskog, with more than 30 years working experience as a consultant, trainer in the field of Leadership, in 61 countries in Asia, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Participated representatives of the Central Office, Managers and Head Nurses of the Clinics.
This training served us as a general framework of human skills, qualities and transformative skills needed to successfully build a better world.
This training enabled the participants to recognize their values and qualities, as well as to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals through the development of more effective leadership behaviors, as well as their improvement.
The training was organized interactively, group work, discussions, questionnaires and was accompanied by some short meditation sessions, as one of the advantages of successful leadership.
